Unable to Authenticate
|
|
If AuctionIntelligence is having trouble authenticating you for online features,
please first make sure that you are connected to the Internet and that you have entered
the correct registration information.
- If you've forgotten/lost your regisrtation information, and would like it resent to you
in email (to the email address registered with PayPal) then fill out our
Resend Registration Information form.
- If you continue to have problems, please
contact us directly and we'll help you
get up and running.

Due to the changing nature of eBay, it is often necessary for us to release updates
for AuctionIntelligence in order to compensate for new HTML structures. If
AuctionIntelligence ever seems to slow down, not retrieve data correctly, or show
any other abnormal signs, please check this page for updates that will fix the problem.

questions about AuctionIntelligence. Our support team monitors the forum on a
